Kazamai: this Japanese word means ’swirling crosswinds’. Mazda’s all new concept  Kazamai is a compact sporty crossover. This car was unveiled in the Moscow Auto show 2008. Mazda Kazamai is the part of Mazda’s long term vision: ’sustainable zoom-zoom’. This aims to provide high performance with environmental safety.

Mazda Kazamai’s exterior design is inspired from crosswinds in nature. The aerodynamic design is very attractive. The sleek style with large wheels gives a different look. This car is slightly larger than Mazda 3. This car is made with lighweight and eco friendly materials.

In the British motor show, Lotus unveiled its all new coupe: Lotus Evora, which was known as Project Eagle. After iconic Elise, this is the only mid engined 2+2 available in market. Lotus Evora is more advanced than the famous Lotus Elise. This car comes with the exotic style and look of a sportscar and high performance of the powerful V6 engine.

The Lotus Evora is powered by 3.5 litre V6 DOHC dual VVT-i engine which gives a power of 275 bhp. This engine is made by Toyota. This have a manual six-speed  gearbox. The top speed is 256km/h. This takes 5 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100kmph. Fuel consumption is very good :7.8-litres per 100km. The innovative light-weight chasis technology gives increased all round preformance. The Aluminium forged suspension wishbones reduses the mass.

Lotus Evora’s high performance breaking system consists of Lotus AP Racing 4 pot callipers, 350mm brake rotors on front and 332 mm on back. The Lotus Traction Control  system with Bosch’s ABS system increases the safety.

Lotus Evora will give higher speed than Elise and better steability than the Exige.
